16 teams battle for top prize in the money spinning WALBOG Motors football tourney

The organizers of the money spinning grassroots football tournament that is being held annually in Ibadan, Grassroots Football Talents Developers Association of Nigeria (GRAFTADEAN) has drawn the 16 teams that will battle for honours in the 2023 edition of WALBOG Motors football tourney scheduled to kickoff on Saturday 9th December, 2023.
The organizers after the draws ceremony held at the Oke-Ado Ibadan, Corporate Office of WALBOG Motors, the financier of the tournament, said16 teams were drawn into four Groups during an open draws ceremony supervised by the GRAFTADEAN President, Coach Kassim Yusuf A.K.A Fofana and the coordinator of the tournament, Abass Ishola, a sport’s journalist with Solution FM Ibadan.
According to the Draws, Polaris FC, Alifem FC, Trinity FC, FRIN F. C were drawn in Group A while Dunamis Rangers, D Fortune FC, Drey FC and Living proof F.C will lock horns in Group B just as New Dimension, Go-ahead FC, The Watch FC, Anwo Golden FC, Kogbagidi FC, Golden crown FC, Safaudeen patriots and Oluyole Talented FC would battle in Group C and D respectively.
The financier of the competition, Olawale Ogunkeyede CEO WAL-BOG Motors has also promised an improved packages in terms of prize money for winners in different categories while he will also unveil topnotch materials that he had acquired from Europe that will be used to execute the tournament during the opening ceremony.
Ogunkeyede also added that some of his close associates in the automobile business have pledged to get involved in the organization of the tournament from the early stage especially this year that the competition will enter its fourth edition.
Notable among them is a supporter of grassroots football and a big backer of the tournament, Alhaji. Olayiwola Kolawole, the CEO of De-KK Auto.
