2026 President Federation Cup: Best Talent, Lasegski Clash in Abeokuta Today
The Nationwide League One outfit, Best Talent Football Club of Mowe will today, Tuesday, 7th April, 2026 lock horns with Lasegski FC at MKO Abiola Sports Arena by 3pm in the Ogun state President Federation Cup.
The Mowe giants have been consistently consistent with a great deal of pre season tour, scouting programmes across the nation’s sporting arena and other grade A friendlies .
Rocking the boat with Coach Farouk Yusuf tutored side today is Lasegski FC, who lost 3-1 during pre season in February 18th, 2026 at Agroterra Resort and Sports Academy Buiders with a brace from Donald and a goal from Abiola., will again put to test their improvement texture.
The Adeyinka Adeyemo’s boys are in optimum shape and expected to have an exciting campaign this time.
Speaking ahead of the game, the General Manager of the Mowe outfit ,Mr. Sikiru Ibrahim (SK) expressed optimism that the team will make a big statement this season and challenge maximally to have a realistic chance of representing the state at the national level.
In his words: “It’s obvious that all the teams this year are very strong, but Best Talent FC are ready to face them all . Our primary objective is to snatch the ticket and represent the state at the Nationa League..”
Corroborating the club’s GM is the team’s Head Coach, Farouk Yusuf. “We are already gearing up for this year’s President Federation’s Cup. We have been working round the clock to ensure that we fulfil the yearnings and aspirations of our teaming fans. They felt disappointed last season, but we can’t afford to let them down this time”
He added: “We are confident that our players are ready to give their optimum best and make a strong impression this year”
