NNL Chairman, Aluo greets Nigerians on Christmas, promises better League
Chairman of Nigeria National League,(NNL), Mr. George Aluo has extended his heartfelt greetings to Nigerians both at home and in the Diaspora as they celebrate this year’s Christmas.
In a goodwill message he personally signed, Aluo reflected on the dedication of stakeholders, NNL board, club sides, officials and media who have made his job easy even as charged them to be more dedicated and focused towards having a more successful 2024/2025 NNL football season.
“This Christmas season is a time for reflection, gratitude, and celebration of
your immense contributions towards making the second tier League a success.
“As we celebrate the Yuletide, I must express my heart felt appreciation to the Nigeria Football Federation ably led by Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau and all football stakeholders who made our job easy and I look forward to our working more closely to deliver more successes in the most important league in the country.
Aluo while wishing Nigerians a prosperous new year in advance, reminded people that this period is a moment of reflection and thanking God for his mercies, charging every one to celebrate the Christmas in a modest way as well as live in peace, unity and harmony with their neighbours which Jesus Christ preached during his life time.
Speaking on what to expect from the league under his watch, Aluo promised that the NNL will continue to build on it’s successes and ensure that the spirit of fair play is maintained at all match venues which he believes will make the league attractive to sponsors.
