Sallah: WAL-BOG Motors Boss, Ogunkeyede, Sends Greetings to Youths and Muslims

The donor and financier of the money-spinning football competition in Ibadan, the Wal-Bog Cup, Olawale Ogunkeyede, the CEO of WAL-BOG Motors, heartily felicitates with the Muslim Umma on the celebration of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir, especially the youths praying to Allah to ease the suffering of all people around the globe.

Ogunkeyede, in his official Sallah message, reflected on how Allah replaced Ismail with a ram for Prophet Ibrahim and prayed that He will transform our sorrow into joy during this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebrations in 2025.

“As we observe this joyous occasion, let us imbibe the lessons of sacrifice, perseverance, love, tolerance, steadfastness, generosity, and obedience to constituted authority, which are the hallmarks of this solemn festival as exemplified by the Holy Prophet (peace be upon Him).”

The auto dealer, who has been a backer of youth-oriented programs in Ibadan, where he operates, however, pledged his continuous support to sports development in Oyo State, especially football at the grassroots, with a new improved package for the annual Wal-Bog Soccer Tournament.

The tournament aims to nurture young talent and provide them with opportunities to showcase their skills on a larger stage.
By investing in grassroots football, the dealer hopes to inspire the next generation of athletes and foster a love for the sport within the community.
