Yemi Idowu Foundation Condoles Super Eagles Captain Wilfred Ndidi On Loss Of His Dad In Road Accident

The Nigerian football community has been thrown into mourning over the death of the father of Super Eagles captain,  Wilfred Ndidi.

Pa Sunday Ndidi, was reportedly hit by a car in Umunede town, near Agbor, Delta State.

Reacting to the sad news, the management of Yemi Idowu Foundation has sent its heartfelt condolence to the Besiktas of Turkey star on the accident, which it described as shocking and unfortunate. 

A member of the Yemi Idowu Foundation, Adedotun Coker, said the foundation and indeed, the whole Nigerian football community are solidly behind Wilfred Ndidi, while also praying that he stays strong emotionally at this trying times 

Coker, who is also the Vice-Chairman of Lagos State Football Association, said the entire Ajegunle community have joined millions of Nigerians in prayers to God grant the soul of the departed eternal rest.

“Right now, there’s outpouring of emotions in the Ajegunle community, where Wilfred has impacted hundreds of youths through his annual financial and sporting initiatives. He is well loved by all the people and he can be sure of their heartfelt support at this moment. 

“We are in prayers that God rest the soul of Pa Sunday Ndidi. We are equally in prayers that God grant Wilfred, the mental, emotional and physical strengths to bear his big loss.” he prayed.
