Ahead Wrestling Training: PWA donates T- shirts, banners, other materials to FEBECATCH
Ahead of the forthcoming West African professional wrestling training in Benin Republic, Pro- Wrestling Africa has donated branded T-shirts, banners and note books to the Benin Republic Pro-Wrestling Federation
(FEBECATCH).
Presenting the items to scribe of the Federation, Bissi Mohinou in Cotonou, Secretary General of Pro-Wrestling Africa, Olusesan Olukoya said that the items are necessary for a seamless training which the West African country will be hosting for the first time.
Olukoya stated that he’s happy with the progress made by the country ahead of the programme and the enthusiasm expressed by the country’s mats men who will benefit immensely from the experience of resource persons that will handle the training.
” We are presenting these materials to help the wrestlers have a conducive learning atmosphere because at the end of the day, we want to see some of the participants making it outside the shores of the continent.
” It’s equally our own little way of supporting the Federation to have a seamless training which will draw wrestlers from Nigeria, Ghana, Togo, Cote d’Ivoire, Niger and the host country Benin Republic.
Receiving the items, Secretary General of FEBECATCH, Bissi Mohinou commended PWA for what it is doing to ensure that wrestling have a foot hold in Benin Republic , promising that the items will be judiciously utilized.
He expressed hope that the gift is just the beginning of greater things to happen between their Federation and the continental wrestling body
The training programme will be held from November 16-17, 2024 in Cotonou.
