Chikelue Iloenyosi spoils fans a little with local delicacy at Anambra All Stars opener

Football fans at the Awka City Stadium on Sunday did not just enjoy football at the arena.
It was football that garnished with local delicacy of yam and ugba (oil bean salad) during the opening ceremony of the on going Anambra All Stars tournament which kicked off on Sunday.
While the first game between Awka Elites and Ukpor All Stars was on, fans at the VIP box was served with the special Igbo food of roasted yam and ugba in wooden pot-like plates.
Barrister Iyke Igbokwe, a former Secretary of Gabros FC said Chikelue Iloenyosi has succeeded in making people feel at home while watching football.
Frankie Omokhua, Head of Programs, Prime Sports Radio, Enugu said Iloenyosi is bringing several innovations that would change the face of Anambra football.
“You can see us enjoying something different and special in the course of a match. Instead of going for the usual food pack of rice, Iloenyosi has gone for something indigenous to the people… something unique.”
