Canadian champion, Magnum McLaren craves wrestling action in Nigeria

It is on record that right from time immemorial, international wrestlers have been storming the shores of Nigeria for active professional wrestling shows.
This started from the late 50s before some of us were born and have continued even till today.
While some international, current and aspiring talents are nurturing the idea of showcasing themselves on the shores of Africa; the world’s second largest and second most populous continent after Asia McLaren says he cannot wait any longer to be in action in the most populated black nation of the world which boasts of a lot of professional wrestling opportunities yet to be tapped.
The planned coming to Africa in the future of Magnum McLaren, a generational talent, actor and a Canadian superstar would not be an exemption as the great talent who hails from Sudbury, Ontario, Canada is eager to showcase his wrestling prowess in Nigeria.
It is important to note that the North American country has produced world talents like Bret Hart, two-time WWE Hall of Famer Bret “Hitman” Hart, a Canadian icon who was a seven-time World Champion and captured 32 championships title, including the triple crown of top titles in both the WWF and WCW. Others are Edge, Chris Jericho, Trish Stratus, Christian, Owen Hart and many others too numerous to mention
Though Magnum is a teenage third generation pro- wrestler; this charismatic young star has traveled across Canada his home country, USA and Mexico where he has had much success. The 6’2 and 224lbs in weight talented grappler is also an experienced actor having worked on a Dwayne the Rock Johnson project among many other acting roles He has been an actor since he was a child; entertaining fans both young and old and also looking forward to a bright pro- wrestling future.
Magnum who sees himself as the future of the Wrestling industry started competiing professionally three years ago but his landmark achievement within such a short period of being as a mats man could not be easily overlooked.
He was an AAA Star Hockey player and started wrestling when he was 13 years old. He was trained by his father Big Daddy Diamond, a skillful trainer who also doubles as his manager and bodyguard. His Great Grandfather was the original Great Malenko in the 50s, so Magnum has wrestling running in his vein from generation to generation.
Magnum who had El Favorito as his first opponent listed Cowboy James Storm as his toughest opponent till date. The Skillful Canadian grappler who has Tripple H as the personality he wishes to meet has toured some nations on pro- wrestling which includes; Puerto Rico, USA, Mexico and Canada and now focused on Africa.
He is the Canadian Heavyweight Champion who also has the Southern Jnr Championship title, the DWA Tag Team Championship belt as well as the MAGNUM World Championship in view. He has Wagyu Beef as his favourite food, water as his favourite drink and Green (Money) as his favourite colour while his favourite wrestlers over the years are ; Triple H, Curt Hennig, Buddy Rogers, Ray Stevens and too many to be named.
It is believed that his coming to Nigeria in future will greatly have a positive impact on the game in the country.
