Comrade Chinoso Uba, popularly known as Nnosonkwa of Nchekwa Ndi Ogbenye Foundation has goofed again in his recent video social media handle and newspaper publications stating falsely that Mr. Felix Madu, the President General of Idume Ogwa Development Union, has been restricted from parading himself in that position by a Federal High Court sitting in Owerri.
Contrarily to Nnosonkwa’s claim, the Owerri Federal High Court presided by Justice Chituru Joy Wigwe – Oreh never granted such restriction order to Mr. Felix Madu in a case instituted against him by a group christened, Incorporated Trustees of Idume Development Union, in a referenced suit number: FHC/OW/CS/40/2025.
Justice Wigwe-Oreh in his judgement ruling on Exparte Application filled by the plaintiff against the defendant ruled as follows;
“I find that the Applicant has failed to show that the situation in the Circumstance is one of real emergency. From the affidavit evidence before the Court, they failed to show that there is any real urgency in the present Circumstance and this I so hold.
From all that is before me, I find that it will be in the best interest of justice if the Respondent is put on notice in the circumstance. Consequently, I hereby order that the Applicant file a motion on notice with regards to the present application and have same served on the Respondent”.
From the above judgement as dated Friday 11th July, 2025 does not in any way state the granting of restriction order against the defendant, Mr. Felix Madu.
It’s therefore worrisome, where Mr. Chinoso Uba got his own ruling of restriction order to Mr. Felix Madu, the substantive President General of Idume Ogwa Development Union as he falsely feed the public, moreso he claimed that his Foundation was present in Court during the ruling, which again is tissue of lie.
Obviously, plans have been advanced to subject Mr. Chinoso Uba popularly known as Nnosonkwa to contempt of Court for deceiving the general public with lies and falsehood, as no Court ever granted restriction order to Mr, Felix Madu, the President General of Idume Ogwa Development Union.
