Immediate Past Handball President expresses appreciation to the media
The immediate Past President of Handball Federation of Nigeria, Samuel Ocheho has expressed appreciation to the media for their support which made him have a successful tenure.
In a letter of appreciation he personally signed, he expressed gratitude to the extraordinary commitment and creativity the media brought to promoting handball in Nigeria throughout his tenure.
The letter reads, ” Your passion for telling the handball story, capturing our moments, and ensuring our achievements were seen and heard across the country and beyond has been nothing short of inspiring.
“My appreciation to every journalist, reporter, blogger, photographer and content creator who carried Handball into the traditional and digital media space. Your contribution was been invaluable.
“To the media organisations across the print, electronic and online media in Nigeria and outside the country, who showcased Handball to the world on their platform, I say a big THANK YOU.
“Your collective effort gave handball the visibility and respect it truly deserves. I remain grateful for your professionalism, loyalty, and belief in the vision.
“Thank you for helping us build a strong presence and unforgettable memories. I wish each of you even bigger platforms and opportunities ahead”,
He urged the media not to stop their support in showcasing the sport as there is need to continue the development of Handball even from the grassroots.
