Dr Chima Amadi bagged Social Crusader Award during the New Telegraph 2023 award night held on Friday at Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island,Lagos.
The event attracted Governors of various states of the Federation, great personalities and eminent Nigerians from different walks of life.
During the welcome address of the Managing Director and Editor-In-Chief of New Telegraph Newspaper, Mr. Ayodele Aminu, emphasised that the New Telegraph award was put together to distinguish the best in every sector across Nigeria. That’s it to say that the implications of what formed part of Mr. Ayodele’s opening remarks was that Dr. Amadi is standing out as one of the best.
Dr. Amadi, an upwardly mobile personality has been described by many through goodwill and congratulatory messages as an uncommon philanthropist who has made enormous contributions to the socio economic prosperity and well being of many, across the nation.
One special feature the young icon possesses is his level of humility and this has continued to endear him to anyone that comes in contact with him.

One thing very unique, significant and remarkable about the award he bagged is that he was the only Ngor Okpala and off course Imo indigene that was nominated for the award and it is not inappropriate to say that Dr. Amadi has put Ngor Okpala LGA and Imo state on the map for National recognitions.
