Speaking after the wedding, Vincent Okumagba thanked members of the the nation’s football stakeholders for honoring his invitation and sharing in the joy of his family.
Okumagba pleaded with those who were not invited to the event to bear with him as Covid 19 protocol made it impossible to have a very large crowd.
“We had to contend with observing the Covid 19 protocol and this is why we did not invite all those that we have loved to come and celebrate with us. I thank all those that came and those that were with us in spirit. I give God all the glory,” Okumagba said.
He prayed that his daughter and the husband would enjoy God’s blessing in their marriage.
It would be noted that the new couple are both based in far away Canada.
