NFF President, Gusau Honours President Tinubu’s SSA On Grassroots Sports Development, Adeboye @ 60

 

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President Ibrahim Gusau has felicitated with the Senior Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Grassroots Sports Development Prince Anthony Adeyinka Adeboye who celebrated his 60th birthday anniversary in Lagos.

Gusau who was represented by the Nigeria National League chairman George Aluo who doubles as NFF Executive Board member at the Thanksgiving Mass held at the St. Anthony Catholic Church, Surulere said he was full of gratitude for Adeboye’s remarkable milestone and his impact on driving development at the grassroots.

Adeboye who owns Smart City Football Club, an NNL side has given directions to youths who have found positive purpose in life through sports.

Acknowledging his massive impact on lifting the youth off the streets, Gusau said Adeboye remains a strategic pillar propelling the renewed hope agenda of President Bola Tinubu on youth empowerment.

“We are happy that the SSA to President Bola Tinubu on grassroots sports development Adeyinka Adeboye is celebrating a remarkable day in his journey of life. He has been a great personality who has a great passion at sparking positive growth from the grassroots.

“He’s a man of influence and a super-driver of change with his tenacity and knack for success. We pray for more life for him as he celebrate his 60th birthday anniversary today.”

Also in attendance was Ogun State Football Association chairman and Executive Board Member of NFF Ganiyu Majekodunmi, ex-international and former Lagos FA Chairman Waidi Akanni, NNL Chairman’s Media Aide Tayo Ogunseye, traditional rulers, sports federation presidents, journalists and well-wishers.
