It is time for a New Ngor Okpala and that is why Hon. Chika Ibekwe has taken the bold step to change the perennial narrative of doom and gloom in Ngor Okpala. Indeed, this election presents us the most opportuned moment to enthrone a new transformational leadership that will help build a New Ngor Okpala that ranks as a people-oriented grassroot leadership of the first class order where the people are empowered, and feel the air of freshness with a sense of fulfilment and stakeholdership.
