NNL Chairman, Aluo assures on Pre- Season seminar
Chairman of Nigeria National League (NNL), George Aluo has assured that the forthcoming Pre-season seminar for NNL coaches and media officers before the commencement of the 2024/2025 Season will meet it’s set objectives.
The second tier League will hold a pre-season seminar for coaches and media officers at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne from October 28th- 31st, 2024 with renowned coaches and resource persons like former Super Eagles Assitant coach Fatai Amoo, Alphonsus Dike, Thiago Conde, media Practitioners Tony Ubani, John Joshua Akanji and Oluchi Tobex Tobechukwu among others expected to tutor coaches and media officers to upscale their knowledge in order to improve the standard of the League.
Aluo noted that the successes recorded in last season’s football league could be traceable to the Pre-season seminar held last year just as he expressed hope that same success would be replicated this season.
On why the league house decided to include media officers in this year’s seminar, Aluo explained that as critical stakeholders in the league, it’s important that they’re reminded of their roles and need to balance their reporting which goes a long way in making the league attractive.
The NNL boss, expressed the gratitude of the league board to Hon. Kunle Soname, the MD/ Chief Executive Officer of ValuJet Airline and Proprietor of Remo Stars FC for his sponsorship of the seminar.
