Ekiti FA Hands off Ekiti United FC Activities, tells NNL to deal directly with club

Ekiti State Football Association has sent a letter to the leadership of the second tier league, NNL, informing it of its decisions to steer clear of activities of the NNL side Ekiti United.

In the letter signed by the Secretary of Ekiti State FA, Pelumi Abiara, it noted that since the club have been dealing directly with the league body, it is advisable that both parties continue dealing directly with the other, and should therefore, leave the State FA, out of all the activities and correspondences between the club and the league management body.

The letter also directed the NNL, henceforth, not to pay any money into the FA’s account.
