Oyo State Aquatic boss predicts glorious 2015 for the state’s youths

Chairman of Oyo State Aquatic Association, Dr. Akande Kazeem, has promised a new lease of life the state swimmers, positing that “Athletes will be exposed to the best training, competitions and camping possible just as he announced that the process is already on-going and will be sustained”.
He stated this in his goodwill message in which he called on other stakeholders to support the growth of sports within and outside Oyo State, describing sports as a veritable tool for human and economic growth.
The foremost educationist said he has put machinery in motion from the beginning of the new year to provide and open up more opportunities for employment, entrepreneurship, and skills acquisition for youths in Oyo State.

“Our Governor is doing well for the youths of the State, hence my goodwill message to all Oyo State Youths and Sports families.
“They should please accept my best wishes for a happy new year. We will continue with our initiatives of fostering peace among the teeming youths in the state as an Ambassador of peace.”

“Looking ahead to the promising year of 2025, we are filled with anticipation and excitement for the opportunities that lie before us. We are eagerly preparing for the next National Sports Festival that will be hosted in Ogun State.
“These events present us with the chance to showcase the talent and skill of our athletes on the national stage and we are confident that they will make us proud.”

“I extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has contributed to the success of our association; including our athletes, coaches, and officials, and would like to use this medium to apologize for not being able to hold a tournament this year.
” We shall strive to improve in the aspect of organizing competitions and close camping for our athletes.”

“To those who have faced hardships this year, we offer a message of hope. Remember that even in the darkest hours, there is a glimmer of light. Together, we can overcome challenges and build a more resilient and compassionate society.
” Lets hope be the beacon that guides us into a brighter and more promising future”, he concluded
