ProStar, Zenith Sports boost Lagos Grassroots Cup final

Nigeria’s leading sport kits maker ,Zenith Sports has donated match Balls, awards and Tee-shirts for the Lagos Grassroots Cup final billed for Sunday .
High Chief Paul Maduokor CEO of Zenith Sports said the organization is providing match Balls,Awards and tee-‘shirts to Wonderland event ,owners of the Lagos Grassroots Cup.
Zenith Sports through one of it’s subsidiaries, Prostar will sponsor the highest goal scorer award,most valuable Player and best goalkeeper award .
The company is also providing 10 of its iconic ProStar Mercurial Match Balls to be used at the final and to some of the participating teams .
” As an organization who value Nigeria youths, we have to identify with programmes that help build our youths positively and that’s why we choose to be part of this especially Wonderland Events which has a rich history of discovery talents from the grassroots.
“ProStar values Nigerian Youths and that is why we will continue to support them through sports event which will help build up their careers.
Event Coordinator,Tayo Adeyemo of Wonderland Events was full of praise for zenith sports and urged Nigerians to patronize the indigenous kit maker .

“They have the best sports wear in this country and don’t forget they are the official kits patner of the NNL.We are privileged to have an exotic brand like Prostar identify with Lagos Grassroots Cup.
Meanwhile the final of the much anticipated Lagos Grassroots Cup final will be decided on Sunday at the Abesan Youth Center.
Tradesafe FC will slug it out with fellow debutants B.United in the final billed for 1pm.Third Place match is between Wolves and ElCadiz beginning from 11am.
There is also individual battle as Jamiu Rasaq of Tradesafe takes on Richard Vollman of B. United for the highest goal scorer award .
Both players have 7 goals each .
Another key battle is the race for the best keeper with Opeyemi Aberejo of wolves up against Adebayo Ayomide of Tradesafe.
Since inception in 1999, no team has won the competition back to back .

The 2024 Lagos Grassroots Cup is sponsored by Saint Bernadette Educational Services, Zenith Sports, Prostars , Renics College,Mr Fruts drinks ,Flour Mills PLC, Guineabod,Tasty Time,Lorica Sports and Sharwarma Arena .
The 22nd edition promises to be thrilling and exciting.
NFF President, Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau to be supported by Lagos FA Chairman,Alhaji Liadi Gafar is expected to present the trophy to the 2024 champion
