PWA scribe, Olukoya honoured in Belgium
Secretary General of Pro- Wrestling Africa who also doubles as the President of Allied Independent Wrestling Federation (AIWF) Olusesan Olukoya has added another feather to his cap in recognition of his role in developing professional wrestling in Africa.
His recognition came in far away Belgium where he’s presently meeting with top wrestling promoters as part of his five nation European tour that took him to Belgium, France, Denmark, Sweden and Spain.
The award which was presented to him by renowed Belgian wrestling promoter, Thierry Rhodan of Wanderer Kombat Federation ( Revue Du Catch Belge) was in recognition of his tireless efforts at ensuring that wrestling is introduced in all African countries.
In his remarks at the event which was held at Saint Anne Cafe, 68 Koekelberg, Brussels, Rhodan described Olukoya as a workaholic who has done a lot for the sport and need recognition to encourage him to do more for the game of wrestling.
Receiving the award, Olukoya commended Rhodan his wrestling outfit for finding him worthy to be recognized; saying that he looks forward to more collaboration in future.
