Rugby Federation To Hold Athletes’ and Technical Representatives Election for September 19

The Nigeria Rugby Football Federation (NRFF) has announced that elections into the positions of Athletes’ and Technical Representatives will take place on Friday, September 19, 2025.

According to a statement signed by the federation’s secretary, the polls will be conducted at the Media Centre of the MKO Abiola Stadium, Abuja.

The federation had earlier circulated information on the eligibility criteria and nomination forms for interested candidates, in line with recent guidelines issued by the National Sports Commission.

This election marks a significant step for the NRFF, as it is expected to be one of the smoothest transitions in recent memory, raising hopes of stability and renewed progress within the federation
