Ihedioha inaugurates 6 commissions, agencies

Imo State governor, Chief Emeka Ihedioha yesterday inaugurated the state Law Reform Commission, and five(5) other commissions and agencies of the state government.
Others inaugurated by the governor were; Civil Service Commission, CSC, Imo State Power and Rural Electrification Agency, I-POREA, House of Assembly Service Commission, Local Government Service Commission, LGSC, and Heartland Queens Football Club.
The Law Reform Commission has Sir. Ndukwe Nnawuchi. SAN as Chairman with Justice Francis. C. Abosi, Justice Ngozi B. Ukoha, Prof. Chidi Odinkalu and Edith C. Aguta. Secretary.
The state CSC had Barr. Mrs. Agatha Ndugbu as Chairman, Henry Ugochukwu Agugua, Allwell Ndubuisi Onwuka and Donatus Diala Iwuoha as members while Dr. Sam. Amadi was sworn in as Chairman of I-POREA with Engr. Solomon Opara, Engr. Uzoma Achinanya, Barr. Mrs. Ozioma Izuora, Barr. Ani Eke, Engr. Celestine Opurum, Francis Chisa Alaegbu, Dr. Albert Okorogu, Comissioner for Public Utilities and Commissioner for Finance as members.
Also sworn in by the governor were; Rt. Hon. Jonas Okeke. Chairman, Barr. Claris-Godson Chijioke Ukanwa, Prince Marshall Okoroafor-Anyanwu, Lady Patricia Ngozi Ekperi as members of the Imo State House of Assembly Service Commission.
The LGSC had Chief Analyn Iheanacho Nwaneri as Chairman , Deacon Paul Onyewuchi Ajunwa, Joy Ebere Amadi and Barr. Okwuchukwu S. Onye, members while the board of Heartland Queens FC, had Ms. Tessy Nwoke as Chairman and Mr. Uzoma Ochomma-vice chairman, Mrs Henrietta Agbaere-Secretary, Mrs. Ngozi Ibeawuchi and Mr. Humphrey Njoku, Media Officer.
Imo State Public Enlightenment bureau reports that the governor charged chairmen and members of the newly inaugurated Government establishments to be committed to the task of repositioning their respective commissions, boards and agencies for better results.
