2027: Odunze declares for Mbaitoli State Constituency

Ahead of 2027 political dispensation and as People’s Democratic Party, PDP advance plans for the political party’s primaries within the month, Hon. Toni Brown Odunze has declared his intention to run for Mbaitoli State Constitutency, while promising effective and qualitative representations if given the mandate.

Odunze who’s popularly known as Ikuku Oma Mbaitoli disclosed this on Tuesday while declaring his intention before the party’s stakeholders, chieftains and political leaders at his multi million Naira paradise on earth ancestral home, Ochi Ogwa in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo State..

According to the youthful but revered politician, “I am committed to a comprehensive vision anchored on service, accountability, and people centered Legislation. My vow is a compassionate commitment, with deep sense of responsibility and readiness to serve the people with integrity and patriotism”.

Odunze reiterated that the primary duty of a lawmaker is to enact laws that would positively impact the society through sponsoring of bills, engaging in informed debates, amending outdated legislation, and supporting policies that advance the welfare of the people.

“This commitment reflects my readiness to provide thoughtful and effective representation for the people of Mbaitoli and the State at large ” he reassured.

He pledged that if given the mandate that he will remain closely connected to the people, understanding their concerns, advocating for their needs, and ensuring their voices are heard at all levels of government.

According to the business mogul turned astute politician,

“My approach is to seek the need for balancing diverse interests while prioritizing the collective good of the constituency.

“I also stand firm in my commitment to work very closely with the Executive in achieving people driven programmes and projects. I will ensure transparency and responsible governance for accelerated development and transformation of the State with Mbaitoli as a point of reference” he vowed.

Ikuku Oma Mbaitoli further reassured of his commitment towards participatory governance through quarterly constituency briefing so as to ensure that the constituents are adequately informed, involved, and empowered.

The PDP aspirant also informed that his legislative mission will doggedly center on key pillars, that entails improving educational standards, transformational economic growth, and reforming healthcare systems.

These priorities he pointed out align with the pressing needs of Mbaitoli people and are aimed at creating opportunities and improving living conditions for the constitutents and Imo State at large.

Odunze also assured the people of Mbaitoli of his unflinching commitment towards unwavering integrity, accessibility, and transparency.

“With a firm stance against corruption, I promise to lead by example upholding ethical standards and maintaining open lines of communication with the people” he insisted.
