Uzodimma assures Chioma Ajunwa Foundation of support as former Liberia’s First Lady arrives

Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma has pledged to support Chioma Ajunwa Foundation in the December 16 widows initiative billed for the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri.

This much was confirmed by Chioma Ajunwa in a chat with newstap.com.ng.

Ajunwa commended the governor for pledging to identify with the program which is aimed at supporting widows this festive season.

She further disclosed that the former First Lady of Liberia, Chief Barrister Tupee Enid Taylor has already arrived the country and would be in Owerri to grace the event.

The Foundation is set to put a smile on the faces of widows with a program billed for the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri on December 16 and the Police College Ikeja on December 22.

Ajunwa, a Police ACP said the event tagged “Save the Widows” would be used by her Foundation to reach out to widows and make them happy this festive season.

“I want to thank Gov Uzodimma for his pledge to support the initiative. I am appealing to corporate bodies and individuals to come to our aid in our effort to reach out to these widows who need support to carry on in life,” Ajunwa said.
