Okinawa Mayhem: Nigerian Boxer ‘Scorpion’ Records First Round knockout In Japan
Nigeria’s Ridwan ‘Scorpion’ Oyekola has continued to dominate headlines in the Japanese boxing circle as he recorded a first round knockout in a boxing show tagged: Okinawa Mayhem held early hours of Sunday where he thrashed Manat Sopato from Thailand.
Sopato fell twice within 90 seconds of in first round before entered into a right hand hook-punch of Scorpion in the second minutes and kissed canvass which signaled the end of the much publicized bouts in on the official website of the organizer of the event, Mugen Idomu volume 19 Boxing Show series.

Speaking in the same vein, the vice chairman of NBBofC Oyo State Hon. Bako Arowolo also commended the Ibadan born boxer for fulfilling the dream of the state boxing body and many sacrifices made to develop boxing sports in Ibadan.
