Chukwueze performs Easter miracle for Villarreal as Real Madrid fall at home

Brilliant performance! That was what Nigerian international, Samuel Chukwueze put up Saturday night as Villarreal defeated Real Madrid in a five goal thriller.

Chukwueze scored in both halves with his 80th minute strike giving Villarreal the much needed maximum points in the game that ended 2-3.

Villarreal it is recalled defeated the La liga defending champions by 2-1 in the first stanza of the league.

With the defeat suffered at home, Real Madrid appears to have surrendered the title this season to Barcelona who go into Monday’s game against Girona with 12 points lead.
