NNL Super 4: We’II fortify Ranchers Bees ahead NPFL Campaign- Coach Ahmad

After seeing his team lose two matches at the ongoing Super 4 tournament, Coach of Ranchers Bees Fc of Kaduna, Ahmed Ahmad said that they will put the disappointing outing behind them and fortify the team before the commencement of next season’s Nigeria Professional League ( NPFL ).
Ranchers Bees lost their first match 0-1 to Sporting Lagos before failing 0-2 to Inter Lagos which put them at the bottom of the table and out of contension for the Super 4 title.
But Coach Ahmad believes that the team should not be judged by the poor result insisting that before the commencement of top flight football, necessary things will be put in place to make the team formidable.
” I’m a bit disappointed with the results but one thing you should know is that this is not a true reflection of what you will see one we compete in the top flight next season
” There are plans to fortify the team ahead of the NPFL campaign. We just decided that since these players helped in ensuring we get promoted, it will be wise to allow them play in the Super 4 after which we’ll access their individual performances and decide those to retain and the ones to replace inorder to have a balanced team”, he stated.
On the general organization of the Super 4, Coach Ahmad commended the NNL board for putting up a seamless championship even as he hailed the referees for a job well done.
” Kudos must go to the George Aluo led board of NNL for putting up such a hitch free tournament and for the referees, they deserve my commendation for a job well done”, he concluded.
Ranchers Bees will tomorrow meet Doma Fc on the final day of the tournament.
