NNL Super 4 : Betpawa set to splash more money on league winners

Sports betting company, Betpawa has announced that it will give out a total of N8.1million to various categories of winners at the ongoing Nigeria National League Super 4.
The weeklong tournament which will come to a close on Friday, May, 8, 2026 is being played between Sporting Lagos, Inter Lagos, Doma Fc and Ranchers Bees ; all promoted sides to the NPFL to determine the eventual winners of the league

According to a statement by the company made popular by it’s locker room allowance to players, the best team of the tournament will get N2.5 million courtesy of the company.

Other awards it listed to benefit from the largesse includes; Most Valuable Player of the tournament, Highest goal scorer, best goalkeeper, coach of the season, best behaved team, best goal of the season and best Supporters Club amongst others

Speaking on the development, Chairman of NNL Mr. George Aluo described it as a welcome development that will help in further development of the country’s football.

He commended Betpawa for believing in the second tier league as well as being a worthy partner even as he expressed hope that the partnership will continue to get better.

” I want to thank Betpawa for deciding to splash money for exceptional performance in the league which ranges from N2.5 million to N400,000, which is a good development for the country’s football developer and we at the NNL, look forward for more relationship with the company”, he concluded
