The board of the Nigeria National League ( NNL) has commended their sponsors namely; BetPawa, Toptier Sports Management (TSM) and Proster International for their support towards the successful 2025/2026 league season.

In a communique issued after it’s end of the season board meeting held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at the auditorium of Beyond Limits FC Ikenne, Ogun State, the football body hailed them for their support which led to a successful season.

“We want to use this opportunity to commend BetPawa for the prompt implementation of the Locker Room Bonuses for the 2025/2026 League season, as well as the introduction of overall season awards for the outstanding performers.

“It’s equally important that we thank Toptier Sports Management (TSM) for their laudable investment into the Nigeria National League as their investment has further raised the bar in NNL.

“Mention must also be made about the role played by Proster International and Sportslight Hub  to improve the quality of the league. We are grateful to all the sponsors and we  look forward to a more cordial relationship with them in the 2026/2027 league season”, noted the communique.

Meanwhile, Chairman of NNL, George Aluo further attributed the successes recorded at the just concluded season to the support of NFF President Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau.

According to him, NFF President, Gusau created an enabling environment which led to their success while the sponsors made their work easy with their sponsorship.

“I must have to commend the NFF President, Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau for all the support he gave us since coming on board. He never interfered with our decisions  but rather he gave his full backing to the board which enabled us to succeed.

“On the part of our sponsors, they did well and I must give kudos to them for being partners in progress and I look forward to a more cordial relationship with them in the next season,” he stated.
