Comptroller Frank Onyeka’s International Wrestling Award is well deserved — PWA Scribe Olukoya

The Scribe of Pro Wrestling Africa (PWA), Amb. Olusesan Olukoya, has described the International Royal Award for Pro Wrestling Excellence (IRAWE) conferred on Comptroller Frank Onyeka as a well-deserved recognition of his outstanding contributions to youth empowerment, sports development, and community service.
According to Olukoya, Comptroller Frank Onyeka is a distinguished senior officer in the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), recently promoted to the rank of Assistant Comptroller-General (ACG) in May 2026.
He is widely recognized for his highly successful tenure as the Customs Area Controller (CAC) of the Tin Can Island Port Command.
He said that Comptroller Onyeka has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership, professionalism, and commitment to initiatives that positively impact young people and society at large, noting that his dedication to nation-building and support for sports-related activities have earned him admiration beyond his professional responsibilities and based on those facts have made Pro Wrestling Africa to honour such a gallant officer.
“Comptroller Franks Onyeka’s recognition by the international wrestling community is a testament to his remarkable service and unwavering commitment to excellence. This award is not merely a celebration of his achievements but also an acknowledgment of the positive influence he has had on countless individuals and communities,” Olukoya stated.
He further noted that Pro Wrestling Africa remains committed to identifying and honouring distinguished personalities whose contributions have helped advance youth development, sports promotion, and social progress across Africa.
Olukoya congratulated Comptroller Onyeka on his recent promotion to the rank of Assistant Comptroller-General (ACG) and on the the prestigious honour of the award, and he expressed confidence that the award would inspire him to continue his impactful service to humanity.
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the Tin Can Island Port Command of the Nigeria Customs Service, Chief Superintendent of Customs (CSC) Oscar Ivara received the award on behalf of Assistant Comptroller General Frank Onyeka.
