The crew of Sportsville members are men of impeccable personalities, and I truly respect and admire all they are doing for Nigerian sports. I decided to be here in person because of the importance of this Award to me and to Nigerian sports.
This Award is a motivation for me to continue to do more because of the place it came from. It’s credible, unsolicited and this makes it truly special.
I want to dedicate the Award to every Nigerian Sports Men and Women who have brought honor to our beloved Nation. Thank you Sportsville for this extra motivation.

I have followed the Sportsville crew for several years now, and I must tell you they say it the way it is, no matter who is involved. For such an organization to see me worthy of an Award truly mean a lot to me.

What we have done with sports in Edo State is driven by our passion to put our state back on the sporting map both locally and internationally. Let me use this opportunity to say thank you to my Governor, His Excellency Godwin Obaseki, for believing in me to oversee the affairs of sports in our beloved state.
This prestigious Award is for the sportsmen and women in Edo State, and to those who have constructively criticized us to do better. Thank you Sportsville for this special recognition.

This Award has further raised my hope in Nigeria sports. Sportsville is an organization built on integrity and hard work and anything coming from them I can take without thinking twice.
The quality of those here today is a testament to the ideals that this Award is hinged upon. I hope to keep the plaque in a special place in my house to constantly remind me of this special moment.

Those who have taken it upon themselves to develop Nigerian sports in whatever way, must be encouraged to do even more. The Sportsville Award stands out for me among other Awards!
What we have done with the Channels Kids Cup is our way of giving back to the system that made us who we are today. School sports was pivotal to discovering most of our sports stars decades back, and it’s important we don’t cut-off such conveyors for this generation.
I accept this Award with a great sense of humility, and It’s dedicated to those who have never stopped believing in Nigeria. Thank you Sportsville.
