Ambassador Dimka celebrates Christmas for Orphanage Home

A senior Police Officer, Superintendent
Dr. Usman Dimka Monday, December, 23, 2024 organized a get-together for the children of the City of David Orphanage Home in Asaba, Delta State where he donated gift items to the Orphanage Home in the spirit of Christmas, which symbolizes love and sharing.

The Commander of the EagleNet, a Police special combatant squad in Delta State who is popularly called Daddy Dimka by the kids, provided food and groceries for the welfare of the kids during the Yelutide season.

Rotarian Clifford Osahenye, who represented the donor, said SP Dimka has six adopted kids for whom he pays their school fees and takes care of all their well-being aside from the general things he does for the orphanage home.

“Christmas is a season to show love to others; it is a season to make people feel special and always put a smile on people’s faces. Christmas is not only about eating and merry making but sharing gifts is also part of celebrating Christmas,” Osahenye noted.

“Today we decided to come and celebrate X’mas with these kids by delivering goodies sent by SP Dimka, and I can tell you that when you go to Abuja and his state Plateau, he has something like this there too
” He has children everywhere; we can’t count the numbers of children he’s taken care of,” said one of the friends of the donor, Bashir Apologun.

The beneficiaries were full of appreciation to Daddy Dimka, thanking him for always being there for them, even outside the Christmas season.

Superintendent Dimka has made the list of the international ambassadors of the World Peace for his exceptional achievement, selfless acts, commitment to public service and community safety and also by dedicating his life to cultivating resiliency and empowering the youth to avoid the perils of drugs, gangs, crimes, and violence.
