Anambra FA: Lagos SWAN congratulates Ralph Chidozie George

The Sports Writers’ Association of Nigeria, Lagos Chapter, has congratulated seasoned sportscaster and a valued member of the association Ralph Chidozie George on his election as board member of the Anambra Football Association.

The Lagos SWAN Chairman, Mr. Debo Oshundun, in a statement  on Wednesday, salutes the courage of the frontline journalist turned administrator for venturing into football management in Anambra State.

“Ralph deserves all the commendation in his attempt to give football administration in this country.

“He is an achiever, a professional to the core and a complete gentleman.

“He has always been supportive to the Lagos SWAN and we are indeed  proud to have him our member.

“He’s a blessing to us and we are sure he will bring his experience to bear in Anambra FA.

“We hereby wish him a successful tenure in office.”

Before his election, George had worked as Sports Reporter/Presenter with Radio Nigeria 2 (Metro FM), 60 minutes Sports on NTA Channel 10, Lagos.

He was also the Deputy Manager, Programmes, Brila FM, Sports Manager, Senior Presenter, COSMO FM, Enugu.

The former Enugu SWAN Chairman currently works as Commentator/Analyst at SuperSport.
