He has turned expectation into action, and action into lasting impact; a true reflection of leadership in service having delivered beyond expectation and we are now celebrating his good governance with a world-class professional wrestling championship that will feature world rated Pro- wrestling talents internationally”

Olukoya, a prominent Nigerian and African professional wrestling promoter and analyst, also known for his work in social development, holds several key positions related to pro- wrestling and has been active in the field for decades.

He is the Secretary General of Pro Wrestling Africa (PWA) and the Executive Director of Pro Wrestling Afrik Promotions Ltd. He is also the Chief Operating Officer and a board member of the Golden Wrestling Federacy (GWF) based in Orlando, Florida in USA.

With close to four decades of experience as a promoter, journalist, and historian, he is sometimes called the “African Wrestling Encyclopedia”. He has written extensively on Nigerian and African pro wrestling, including publishing a magazine, known as ‘Wrestling Update’

. He is also the Chief Correspondent for Africa on WrestleMap and received the “African Promoter of the Year” award in 2024 from Revue Du Catch, Belgium for his work with Pro -Wrestling Africa.

Aliking of Kogi State would be competing for the AIWF World Middle weight title in the second week of December, 2025. In the spirit of strength, unity, and excellence, the Pro -Wrestling Afrik in collaboration with the Kogi State government would be presenting a World-Class Wrestling Championship in honor of Governor Usman Ododo.

Just as wrestling champions rise to the challenge in the ring, Governor Ododo has risen to the expectations of leadership, turning mandate into impact and delivering achievements that uplift the people of Kogi State as Aliking of Nigeria would be competing with Heddi Karaoui, the French Submission Machine of France.

“His impact has been remarkable in many sectors to the growth and development of Kogi State. On agriculture, it impacts includes massive funding, mechanization, livestock development and food security.

On Infrastructure, roads, airport, international market and urban upliftment has been adequately attended to. As regards healthcare, Primary Health Centres upgrades, insurance schemes and health staff welfare improvements are parts of his contributions as the state governor. Education is pivotal to societal growth and this fact made him to see to examination fee coverage, bursaries, girl child empowerment , schools renovations and scholarships’’ Olukoya further expatiated.
