NNL stakeholders pass vote of confidence on Gusau at Kaduna AGM

Stakeholder of Nigeria National League ( NNL) Tuesday, passed a vote of confidence in the President of Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF) Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau; saying that they’re happy with the transformation he’s carrying out in the country’s football.
The vote of confidence was passed during the Annual General Meeting of the second tier League held at 5th Chukker Hotel and Resort in Kaduna, the Kaduna State capital.
Speaking on the vote of confidence, Godwin Enakhena President of Nigeria National League Club Owners and Managers Association (NALCOMA) said the clubs in NNL believe in the leadership qualities of Gusau and the incumbent board of NFF and will support him in achieving his vision of turning around the fortune of the country’s football.
“We in the NNL are happy with what Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau is doing in administering the country’s football. His transparency and administrative style has impacted positively on our football and we’ll continue to support him in moving the game forward,” he said.
In their separate remarks, Chairman of Ebonyi State FA and a former Vice President of NFF Distinguished Senator Obinna Ogba and one time Chairman of Abia Warriors and former NFF board member, High Chief Emeka Inyama commended the NFF President for his good works; saying that he needs commendation.
“Alhaji Gusau is a perfect gentleman and a good football administrator who has through his wealth of experience brought sanity into the country’s football ecosystem and we will continue to support him in chatting a new course for the country’s football.
“The vote of confidence is a testament that he’s doing a good job and we urge him not to be distracted but rather to continue putting down policies that will take the country’s football to greater height,” they stated.
