Ahead of 2027 general elections, Hon. Vitalis Onuoha is seriously canvassing that Aboh Mbaise/ Ngor Okpuala Federal Constituency in Imo State patriotically deserves qualitative and effective representations in the Green Chamber of the National Assembly.

Onuoha who’s a chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC in Imo State and an American trained administrator disclosed this at the open field of Ogbor Uvuru Central School in Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area last Saturday while addressing Journalists during the well attended 2027 Governorship of Owerri senatorial zone extraction sensitization tour organized by Owerri Zone Leaders of Thought headed by Chief Marcellinus Nlemigbo with Prince Charles Amadi(Shavon) as the Operational Leader.

The astute but youthful politician who’s eyeing the House of Representative seat of the Federal Constituency in the forthcoming political dispensation in his assessment of the activities of the National Assembly in the present political dispensation, said it point blank that they have done well but discredited them for not being committed in passing bills that will directly improve the lives of the people and not for selected class of people.

He however, applauded the National Assembly for their recent patriotic stands in issues bordering on addressing insecurities in Nigeria and enjoined them not to relent in ensuring that the Federal Government did the needful.

According to him, “It’s in view of the clamour for quality and effective representations, that I have accepted the clarion calls by my good people of Aboh Mbaise/ Ngor Okpuala Federal Constituency to represent them in the House of Representatives come 2027.

“My vision and mission is to positively change the narratives and touch the lives of the common people. This is my covenant with God and the people, and am divinely committed about it, if given the mandate.

“What’s important in legislative duty is what can you do to impact on lives of the people ? What kind of bill can you offer in the overall interest of the people and the nation at large ?” he rethorically asked.

He reassured that with him, it’s a new dawn for the people of Aboh Mbaise/ Ngor Okpuala Federal Constituency and solicited for their unflinching support and cooperation.

Onuoha who also described himself as a selfless leader, a louder voice for the voiceless and a humane strategic politician who’s totally committed to quality, effective and selfless representations, further advised people of his constituents not to be deceived by the antics of people he pointed out as political hawkers as they are only good in selfish aggrandizement and not being people oriented.

On the issue of Owerri zone producing Governor Hope Uzodimma’s successor as been canvassed in the State Charter of Equity, the House of Representatives hopeful informed that Aboh Mbaise/ Ngor Okpuala Federal Constituency has quality personalities that could handle the political and administrative challenges of the State and Nigeria at general.

According to him,”Our Federal Constituency which is in Owerri Senatorial Zone have people who late K.O Mbadiwe described as men of timber and caliber. We have people, who are highly educated with wisdom.

“We have business tycoons and captains of industries. We have people who are well detailed about governance . Gurus in diplomacy and administrations. People of implicit characters and confidence. We have everything associated with human capital usage.

“The truth is that, Owerri zone have all the prerequisites of producing a governor who will consolidate on the gains of Governor Hope Uzodimma’s Shared Prosperity and 3 R administration’s mantra.

“Equity and justice demands that it’s the turn of Owerri senatorial zone to produce Governor Uzodimma’s successor in 2027 and the Governor should consider the people of Aboh Mbaise in making his choice, due to their perculiar patriotic potentials, their socioeconomic contributions and sacrifices.

“Hence every quality he is looking for, is it,the right person with character, pedigree and antecedents? Or somebody with wisdom, fear of God and committed in positively change the narratives for the betterment of the State and Nigeria at large.

“Aboh Mbaise have them in excess, and Aboh Mbaise is in Owerri Senatorial zone, we have all it takes to be the Governor of Imo State and we are absolutely thirsty and ready for it” he assured.
