I thank him greatly for all his efforts of promoting professional wrestling in Africa and in some countries around the world” he emphasized.
“I am Commander NDO Emmanuel, President of the Cameroonian Pro- Wrestling Federation and First Vice President of the African Wrestling Confederation (PWA).
“We are currently preparing very hard to participate in the major African Wrestling Championship, which will take place in Lagos from April 25th to May 4th, 2026.
Currently, my three athletes—Kassa Justin, aka “The Madman”; Kana Hyppolite, aka “Albatros”; and Simen Guy, aka “Black Tiger”—the three best Cameroonian wrestlers selected to represent our country, Cameroon, are already in intensive training”.
“So far so good, preparations are progressing well, and we invite all Nigerians, young and old, to come in large numbers to the NIS Gymnasium Hall, National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos on Sunday the 3rd of May, 2026 to come and experience professional wrestling live, just like in the USA.
I would like to remind you that Cameroonian wrestling is currently ranked first among all wrestling-producing countries in Africa. Therefore, you understand that we are not coming here for a leisurely stroll or sightseeing, but to fight and win in order to maintain this leading position” Ndo concluded.
All the athletes have already received their international passports to facilitate their traveling, and the remaining details of the preparations are being finalized to ensure we are ready on time.
Yes, we are confident that the Almighty, as always, will do everything possible to bless this very important event.
