Ocean Blue Security To Recruit Energetic Nigerians As Supervisors

The management of leading private security outfit in Lagos State with headquarters at Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos has announced that it is recruiting energetic Nigerians who will serve as supervisors in the company.

According to a statement by the company, interested applicants must have a minimum of Ordinary National Diploma ( OND) in a related field with 3-5 years experience in security management with two of the years in a supervisory role.

Applicants amongst other things, must also poses security certification as evidence of training in the field of security as well as be proficiency in using security technology and systems.

” The people we are looking for apart from having a strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures, must be ready to work flexible hours including night and weekends.
They must have the ability to supervise and conduct the activities of security staff, develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures, monitor security operations and ensure compliance with company’s policies and regulations

” Successful candidates, must also be ready to liaise with law enforcement agencies and other external security operations as necessary amongst other duties.
