AFCON 2025 : Ladipo thumbs up Bua Group Chairman For supporting Super Eagles
President General of Nigeria Football Supporters Club Dr. Rafiu Oladipo has commended the chairman of Bua Group of Companies Alhaji Abdul Samad Rabiu for his financial pledge to the Super Eagles ahead of the the semifinal match against Morocco at the AFCON 2025.
In a statement he sent from Morocco thanking Alhaji Abdul Samad and appreciating him for the pledge, he expressed hope that the generosity will propel the Super Eagles to win all their remaining two matches and lift the trophy.
“I want to on behalf of Nigeria Football Supporters Club thank Alhaji Abdul Samad Rabiu for identifying with the Super Eagles and donating handsomely to the team as a way of motivating them.
“This type of gesture will definitely spur the players to go for victory against Morocco in the semi-finals and also propel them to bring the trophy back to Nigeria and as such he deserves our commendation for his kind gesture “, he stated.
Dr.Ladipo on the same note, pleaded with Alhaji Abdul Samad Rabiu to extend the same gesture to Nigeria Football Supporters Club who are currently in Morocco selflessly supporting Nigeria on their own and have been the tonic for the victory so far .
“I call on Alhaji Abdul Samad Rabiu and other well meaning Nigerians to assist the Nigerian Football Supporters Club financially so that they will continue to support the team without any hindrance.
“As patriotic Nigerians, they spend their hard earned money and dedicate their time traveling to Morocco to support the national team and as such they deserve to be supported financially”, he stressed
He prayed that the Almighty Allah will continue to bless the business of Bua Group of Companies more abundantly
