AFCON Semi-Finals : Chairman Ogun State De Legacy Sports Supporters Club tips Super Eagles to beat Morocco

As the Super Eagles get ready to face Atlas Lions of Morocco Wednesday in one of the semi- finals of this year’s AFCON finals, Chairman of Ogun State Chapter of De Legacy Sports Supporters Club, FBS Olufemi Oluseyi, has expressed confidence that the Super Eagles will beat Morocco and qualify for the finals of the tournament.

In a congratulatory message he sent to the team shortly after they defeated the Desert Warriors of Algeria 2-0 in the quarter- finals decided last Saturday, he noted that the Super Eagles have quality players and good coaching crew that will help them defeat the host nation on Wednesday.

” I want to first of all congratulate the Super Eagles for doing Nigeria proud in Morocco. Their victory over Algeria was well deserved and I say a very big congratulations to the entire team.

“On their semi- final clash against Morroco, I have no doubt in my mind that they will come out victorious. The Super Eagles is a team of world class players. They’re talented, versatile with a strong team spirit and Eric Chelle is a super coach.

” All I have to tell them is Go, Super Eagles go and bring back the trophy home and congratulations in advance”, he concluded.

Meanwhile, President of De Legacy Sports Supporters Club, Prince Obiyim Happy Ehiedu has reassured Nigerians that the club will continue to give maximum support to the Super Eagles as they aim to win their forth AFCON title.

Speaking to our correspondent, he stated that the club has already mobilized thousands of Nigerians living in Morocco who will storm the stadium to give maximum support to the team.
