By George Aluo

Two men that can pass for  ‘okaa ome’…talk and do in Heartland are the duo of Emma Ochiagha and Promise Nwachukwu.

The duo who are driving Heartland’s campaign in the NNL had made a pledge to Gov Hope Uzodimma that the club will stage a comeback to the elite class.

Both men can today now beat their chest that they have delivered with the qualification of the club for the NPFL in the Asaba Super 8 play off.

Will they crown it with a trophy? That is the challenge they now face as they do battle with Kano Pillars in the Super 8 final tomorrow.

Coach Christian Obi is upbeat that his side will deliver even as he celebrates leading the club back to the elite class.

Hear Obi after the 2-1 victory over Sporting Lagos that saw them land in the elite class…

“I’m happy, really happy. I would say I’m proud of what we’ve achieved today, which is what we started earlier in the season. Since I took up this assignment, nobody, gave me any chance, not even my management. But God has done it for us.”
