NWFL: Edeh tasks new club owners executive

Proprietor of Naija Ratels FC of Abuja, Barrister Paul Edeh has tasked the new executive of Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) club owners association to speak with one voice while discharging their duties.

Edeh while congratulating the new exco led by Delta Queens Chairperson, Mrs Henrietta Ehiabor said he is confident they would deliver.

“We have elected a team that I believe is the best…a team that can help us weather the peculiar challenges facing us as club owners. My advice is that they should speak with one voice, remain fearless and roll out plans that would be beneficial to all. I also charge them to have a listening ear moving forward.”

Edeh stressed that he is happy the election in Lagos was rancor free, transparent and conducted with the highest level of decorum.


Meanwhile, the newly elected chairperson NWFL club owners association, Henrrinetta Ehiabor said she will work for the benefit of the club owners, the growth of the league and work collectively with the chairperson of the NWFL to get productive outcome.

The secretary, Abolore Abdulrahman stated that they will look for ways to revitalize the league as club owners and they are there to help the NWFL league board to make the league one of the best in the world which stakeholders will be happy to be associated with.

One of the electoral committee member, Danny Nazzal (President Dannaz Ladies) described the electoral process as a transparent one.
