Basketball: Egbe hails return of Kida as NBBF president

Chief Executive Officer of Monimichelle Group, Ebi Egbe has hailed the re election of Musa Kida as president of Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF).
Egbe while congratulating the Borno state born sports administrator noted that Kida has done well for the country in basketball.
Egbe said he is happy the board members gave him the opportunity to lead them for another four years.
“I want to congratulate Kida for the fresh mandate. Basketball is definitely the winner given how Kida has run the game in the last four years. Nigeria under his leadership flourished at the international level,” Egbe stated.
He stressed that his recent appointment as a member of the Borno state government advisory council clearly shows that he is an asset in and out of sports.
Egbe enjoined basketball stakeholders to rally round Kida in the interest of the country.
Kida, it would be noted, was re elected president of NBBF on Monday at the sports federation’s elective congress which took place in Benin, the Edo State capital.
