Bauchi State Governor gets NNL Prestigious Award

The Executive Governor of Bauchi Sate , Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed Saturday, September, 28, 2024 received the Nigeria National League’s (NNL) Most Prestigious Personality award for powering the Annual General meeting of the most important league in the country as well as in recognition of his efforts in engineering sports and youth development not only in Bauchi State but in Nigeria generally.
The award was presented to him in the presence of the President of the Nigeria Football Federation ,Alhaji Ibahim Gusau represented by Babagana Khali , board member and Match Commissioner Appointment Committee.
The Deputy Governor of Bauchi ,His Excellency Muhammed Auwal-Jatau who represented the Governor received the prized Award on behalf of his principal.
The NNL Chairman,George Aluo, presenting the Award together with the NFF President said: “Governor Bala Mohammed who has been described as the most working and effective leader ,is deserving of the NNL Most Valuable Award for what he is doing in the sports eco-system.
“We are also grateful to him for supporting NNL immensely ,the reception and hospitality of the good people of Bauchi is equal to none ”
The Deputy Governor in a simple response said thank you indeed for this highest honor in NNL , you have spurred us on and we promise to keep encouraging youths and sports development in all spheres of human endeavors.”
