CAFCC: Egbe backs Enyimba to spring another surprise

By George Aluo

Chief Executive Officer of Monimichelle Group, Ebi Egbe has declared that Enyimba has what it takes to spring another surprise when they face Pyramids of Egypt in Sunday’s quarterfinal return leg decider at the Enyimba International Stadium.

Egbe noted that Enyimba is a team nobody can write off no matter the kind of tight rope they may be walking.

“Yes, the result of the first leg makes things difficult for Enyimba at home, but one thing is clear, it is not a mission impossible for the People’s Elephant. On a good day, Enyimba can still spring another surprise and get the result they need. They need to be clinical in front of goal and convert their chances,” Egbe said.

Egbe whose outfit, Monimichelle constructed the Enyimba Stadium turf said in football anything can happen in 90 minutes hence nobody should write off Enyimba, especially against the backdrop of the fact that Enyimba has in the past risen to the occasion when people least expect.

“This Sunday could just be one of those days when Aba would come alive because of the heroics of Enyimba. I wish them luck,” Egbe stated.
