Celebrate Ileya festival moderately, Adelaja Adenuga Foundation founder urges Muslim faithfuls

The founder of the Adelaja Adenuga Foundation (AAF), Dr. (Prince) Adelaja Adenuga who breezed into the country recently has enjoined millions of Nigerians both home and abroad to make sure they celebrate the 2024 Ileya Festival moderately.

In his message, Adenuga while thanking God for the special occasion urged the Muslim faithful across the country to exercise caution, embrace moderation and celebrate responsibly within the confines of the law during the Eid-el-Kabir.

He also admonished the Muslim faithfuls as well as all Nigerians to celebrate the occasion in a modest manner bearing in mind the lessons of the just concluded Ramadan period which emphasizes on sincere love, forgiveness, genuine faith in Allah and piety.
“On behalf of Board of Trustees and all members of the Adelaja Adenuga Foundation at home and in the Diaspora, I say congratulations to our Muslim brothers and sisters across the globe. Happy Sallah celebration. I sincerely wish you all a joyful Sallah celebration get together and in happiness on this occasion of Eid-El-Kabir of this year.

While celebrating, take time to reflect on the present situation in the country, pray for God’s blessings and protection on our dear Nigerian nation,” Adelaja remarked.

He urged the Muslim communities to utilize this auspicious period to offer prayers for peace, stability and progress in the country especially with the new government.
