Showtyme maintains unbeaten run in Ibadan City Basketball League as Trust Hoppers TTP records first win

Showtyme Basketball Club is enjoying the best run in the maiden edition of the Ibadan City Basketball League (ICBL) after three games.

Showtyme, founded by Shola Durojaiye, recorded their third conservative win in the League at the expense of Spartans that are yet to pick a win since the League started.

Showtyme won by five points margin. 50-45 at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba on Saturday.

Unibadan Warriors and Trust Hoppers TTP are the other winners on Saturday during Match Day 3 of the ICBL.

Unibadan Warriors over ran Liberty Spears 69 to 31 points to keep a stronghold in group GSM while Showtyme are the pacesetters the Olubadan group.

Trust Hoppers TTP, secured their first victory in the City League by beating Egbeda LG 56-44 points. Both teams have a win and a defeat each in the League.

Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Loyola Basketball Court and University of Ibadan Basketball Court and Ajani Sports Complex, Alakia are the venues being use for the nine teams League organized by Oyo State Basketball Association (OSSA) and funded by its members.
