Egbe bags Sports Entrepreneur and Philanthropist of the Year Award
The CEO of MONIMICHELL SPORTS FACILITY CONSTRUCTION LIMITED Mr Ebi Egbe has been conferred with an award of excellence as Sports entrepreneur and philanthropist of the year at the 2nd edition of the Bayelsa Media Network Awards 2020.
The award presented to the top notch sports facility developer Mr Ebi Egbe, according to the Chairman of the organising committee Victor Christopher, is meritorious in all it’s essence and further described Ebi Egbe as a trail Blazer who’s passion for sports development has metamorphosed into the construction of several internationally certified playing turfs across Nigeria which has earned his Company as number one in the business of Sports facility construction.
We are elated to see a Bayelsan rising up to the occasion of actively participating in sports development to the admiration of many, hence we are sueing for more fruitful government and private sector driven programs and policy geared towards the development of sports in the state and beyond.
As the philanthropist of the year,Mr Victor Christopher said the antecedence of the FIFA licensed match agent is glaring to all and advocated the need for Bayelsans to emulate Mr Ebi Egbe in the area’s of welfare,youth capacity building and unprecedented passion for Project Bayelsa which he said requires collective efforts to achieve.
In his remarks,Mr Ebi Egbe said the success story behind MONIMICHELL SPORTS FACILITY CONSTRUCTION LIMITED is not far fetched from key principles of diligence,hardwork, innovation and commitment to the service of humanity.
Whilst sueing for prompt government and private sector driven intervention in sports development,Ebi Egbe posited that no meaningful gains can be achieved if the sports sector is not given due attention.
The sports facility developer further appreciate the organisers for the honour accorded him and reiterated his unalloyed passion to service.
The well attended program was held at the Ernest Ikoli Press centre.
