Fond memories of the good old days will be relieved on Saturday (today) October 28th, 2023 with the assemblage of former Nigerian Internationals set to attend the unveiling of the Clement Temile Football Foundation.
The event is billed for the National Institute for Sports (NIS).
President of the players Union Tijani Babangida, Prince of Monaco Victor Ikpeba, Goalkeeper Peter Rufai, Monday Equavoen, Tajudeen Disu, Joshua Ekator, Waidi Akanni, Tajudeen Ajide among others have confirmed that they will grace the unveiling.
Apart from the Ex Internationals, members of the Nigerian Football supporters club are expected to add colour to the event, just as top football administrators and stakeholders will be in attendance.
Temile had early this week said he decided to set up the football foundation as a way of giving back to the society.
In his words… “Football made me who I am today and I return all glory to God for the grace to serve my father’s land. Now I want to give back to the country by raising future stars by creating opportunities for them to showcase their God given talents.”
