Fosla FC, Police FC, Woodpecker FC, Lead Line-Up for Maiden Sarki Karshi NLO Unity Preseason Tournament
Fosla FC, Police FC, and Woodpecker FC headline a competitive field of teams set to test their strength at the maiden edition of the Sarki Karshi NLO Unity Pre-season Tournament, scheduled to take place at the Fosla Stadium, Karshi, from March 31 to April 4, 2026.
According to the tournament coordinator, Patrick Ngwaogu, the trio will be joined by fellow NLO sides Zango FC, Kickers FC, and Mercy Tree Academy in what promises to be an exciting pre-season showcase.
He also revealed that former President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Alhaji Sani Lulu Abdullahi, will formally present the tournament to the organizers during the event.
Ngwaogu, fondly known as “Odogwu” by his admirers, explained that the six participating teams have been divided into two groups of three, with each group winner advancing to the final. The championship final match is slated for Saturday, April 4, where the Sarki of Karshi will present the trophy to the eventual winners.
