NNL: Sokoto United appoints new manager
Following the suspension of Mansur Abdullahi as the Head Coach of Sokoto United, the club has announced Peter Ajani as the club’s new gaffer.
Abdullahi left the club after having unending issues with the management.
The club via its social media handle announced the arrival of Ajani as the coach.
” We are pleased to announce the appointment of Assistant Coach Peter Ajani as the new head coach,” Sokoto United wrote on X.
“We hope he’ll leverage his extensive knowledge and experience with the team to ensure a smooth transition.
“The management has every confidence in Coach Ajani’s ability to lead Sokoto United FC to success, building on the solid foundation established by his predecessor.”
Sokoto United will face Sporting Supreme in their opening game of the Super Eight playoff scheduled for Enugu from June 7- 14, 2024
